Regulation §170.315 (b)(10) of the 2015 Cures Act requires electronic health information (EHI) export, focusing on ensuring that healthcare IT systems provide robust, user-friendly, and secure data export functionalities. Direct access to data dictionaries for the files exported by VersaSuite is accessible here

Unrestricted Communications Should there be any restriction that contravenes the following communications restrictions in our contracts, we will not enforce them. Moreover, the next time a contract is renewed, any such restrictions (if present) will be removed. VersaSuite will never prohibit or restrict any communication regarding:

  • The usability of our products
  • The interoperability of our products
  • The security of our products
  • Relevant information regarding users’ experiences when using our products
  • VersaSuite business practices related to exchanging electronic health information
  • The manner which a user of a VersaSuite product has used it

API Licensing Terms and Conditions

  • The VersaSuite Patient Portal provide patients with access to their own Common Clinical Data Set health information (“CCDS FHIR APIs”), as required by g7-9.  This access is included in the VersaSuite Patient Portal and does not require a separate agreement or cost.  The FIHR API for may be licensed for interoperability with inhouse or 3rd party applications.Use of FHIR APIs to access electronic health as included in g7-10, is available to organizations for an annual subscription per production instance of VersaSuite software.  The cost per year per production instance for will consist of the following.
    • API License of $150/provider/year for outpatient sites
    • API License of $50/bed/year for inpatient sites

Additional Costs and Information:
This certified product requires a one-time deployment fee, yearly maintenance and support fee, yearly drug database fee, yearly e-services fee, and may require monthly or annual fees to establish and support an online patient service portal.  Fees for secure messaging, lab interfaces, and data exchange interfaces may also apply.

VersaSuite is an enterprise-level software and is intended to be used as the sole software throughout each patient’s workflow. Interfaces with third-party software or databases must be assessed for feasibility and potential additional costs.
Where state-based public health reporting agencies deviate from existing document and transition standards, custom software development and additional fees may apply.

Document transmissions may be limited due to the restrictions set forth by third-party facilities and/or Electronic Health Records. Restrictions may require custom software development and additional fees.
